Description
Purchasers process orders placed by the sales team, source products from distributors, and purchase items. They ensure orders are filled quickly, accurately, and affordably.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process orders promptly and efficiently, while maximizing profit and minimizing delivery time
- Communicate order issues to customers and find a solution that fits their needs
- Negotiate pricing and update costs in computer system
- Keep backorders up-to-date and communicate any changes in ETAs to customers
- Assist with answering phones and responding to quote/status/invoice requests during busy times

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle basic customer inquiries, gathering all necessary information from internal business partners to communicate effectively back to customer.
- Resolve service needs, questions and complaints by telephone or written correspondence by gathering, researching and analyzing information from internal business partners, and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.
- Contact customers when identifying availability issues and propose solutions to prevent customer dissatisfaction.
- Collaborate with vendors on the customer ETA changes and proactively communicate with both internal teams and customer on solutions.

We are looking for a full-time accountant that will be responsible for maintaining financial records at DBISP, LLC while operating as part of a team. The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organizations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping of financial transactions on daily basis
- Managing account receivable including coordinating with other staff on invoice generating and tracking all the account receivables
- Perform daily and monthly accounting tasks including posting journal entries, analyzing transactions, and reconciling accounts.
- Financial analysis of each account providing financial data support for management.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
